Gardening and Your Feet


Spring is here. Flowers are popping up, the sounds of lawnmowers have returned and gardeners are planning for our growing season.  Many people fail to realize how demanding gardening can be on your feet. So before you head out to the garden keep these helpful tips in mind.

Before you step outside there are important decisions to be made. You’ll hear us say it over and over – proper footwear is essential! Pain-free gardening begins with supportive footwear that provides cushioning, arch support, and stability.
